Out with the old, in with the new

Welcome to my new and improved blog. For those of you who are familiar with the old blog, welcome back. For those who are just getting started, nice to meet you, I’m Jacklyn. And this –– for everyone, old and new –– is imponderabilia: that which cannot be precisely determined, measured or evaluated. But more importantly, it’s my new blog, my new brand if you will.

I’ll be publishing the old blog’s greatest hits here, but mostly I’ll be using this as a space to discuss the inner workings of my mind, to host my creativity, to find myself. And I hope you do too, there’s a forum where you can post your own thoughts, self-reflections and responses to my content, and can interact with myself and other readers. I included this because I believe speaking our truths and hearing others’ is crucial for introspection, and that’s what this is all about.

I’ve basically always been certain I had myself figured out. But I’ve lost, found and renounced who I thought I was over and over again. The person who remains today is simply that: remains. Remains of all my past selves who didn’t make the cut, remains which will be the foundation for who I am to become. Now, roughly four months from graduation, I’m going to do a serious deep-dive into my self.

I’m taking things one step at a time and I hope you’ll follow along. (I also hope you’ll use the forum so I can take a few shortcuts and learn from your life lessons instead of finding my own.) But for now, this is where I’m at.

So subscribe, follow, interact. Read as you like or scroll away if you please. But whatever you decide to do, be kind to yourself today.

With love,

Jacklyn
